Forklift Driver - Randstad

Location: Camellia, NSW

Salary: $38.70 per hour + super + overtime penalties

Offering $38.70 per hour + super + overtime penalties, this role features a standard Monday to Friday day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with temp-to-perm potential. Duties

  • Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely to move high-value technology equipment.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain clean, organized racking systems and accurate inventory levels.

  • Perform basic administration, including printing delivery dockets and updating stock systems.

  • Communicate effectively via email and enforce safe work practices across the site.

Skills & experience

  • Current High Reach Forklift Licence (LF) with at least 1 year of High Reach operating experience.

  • Proven experience as a storeperson or warehouse operator, ideally handling technology or high-value goods.

  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Outlook and inventory management software.

  • Full working rights in Australia with a reliable work ethic.

  • Strong communication skills and a strict safety-first mindset.
